Daphne Hecko is the Founder of Palm Beach Strategic. Her background isn't in traditional agency marketing—it was built as the Chief Operating Officer for a prominent law firm.

Sitting in the COO chair, she saw firsthand how much money gets wasted on disconnected marketing tactics when a firm’s backend intake, follow-up, and systems aren't set up properly. She realized that real growth doesn't come from chasing random clicks or vanity metrics. It happens when your visibility and your day-to-day operations actually talk to each other.

Daphne founded Palm Beach Strategic to give firm partners, founders, and business owners a practical alternative: High-intent marketing anchored by real operational discipline.

When she isn't working on client pipelines, configuring CRMs, or mapping out growth strategies, Daphne is usually at home in Palm Beach County tending to her tropical fruit trees, working in the garden, and hanging out with her two Dobermans.
